SAGAING HILL

Sagaing Hill is located at the west part of Mandalay and on the west bank of Ayeyarwaddy River along its hilly landscape. The hill is famous for its most revered religious site for hundreds of monasteries, nunneries and meditation centers.  You can see the nice view of the confluence of Ayeyarwardaddy River and Dotehtawaddy River, and Thaungthaman Lake from the top of the hill.
